I am the owner of THE PASTA HOUSE CO. restaurant in the Ky Oaks
Mall in Paducah Ky. I have been with the company for 23 years. I
have very little knowledge of growing grapes, but have been around
grape growing most of my life. I currently have 8 plants at home and 3
in the garden at the restaurant. I plan to have more soon.
My interest in the WKWA is from a tourism aspect. Being in
the Hospitality industry, the idea of having wineries and
vineyards in the Paducah area excites me. I have a good relationship
with the local CVB and can (and already have) worked to help them with
a new Tourism aspect of our area.
I would love to someday be associated with a vineyard and
winery; with a B&B, Cafe and Retail Shop including tours,
getaways and weekend events.
